"We had multiple policies with them when I spoke to James initially I was told that I was going to be paying less because I had bundled however, every month it was going up $10-$12 I canceled my policy and time with no balance made sure to let them know. Please remove me and you guessed it. They said I didn’t confirm or pick up their phone calls so they didn’t cancel my policy even though I was the person who called them. And all of a sudden the $250 bill comes up Remember these agents profit from the policy you hold the more they can add the more they make They’re not trying to save you money"

"I’m giving this location two star's for the irrigation customer service . I’ve never been in an accident and had another driver bump into me and I let them know it. And they called me back after I reported it and they called me and said they were finding me at fault. I never felt like they went to bat for myself and my policy. Fight for your customers. I feel like we were just a number to them. They claim that I made a claim on my truck . I never got fixed. I should be thanking you guys for dropping my family saved $50dollars a month with your competition."
