"Anaida Perez Was very polite and helpful. I can’t say the same for Jessica Crosby. She was very short and condisending. I just added two motorcycles to our 3 vehicles and had some questions. At one point she said to me like I already told you. I will move my policies if I have to speak to her again. Tone of voice wasn’t nice."

"Would give a 0 rating if possible. Terrible customer service. Bill sky rockets every renewal. Absolutely ridiculous. I contacted the business and spoke with their employees about my bill and how I have quotes from other company’s much cheaper. They did not want to help and I was even told by the employee to go with the other companies. Way to try and retain your customers. Then I asked to speak with James and never received a call from him. I called back on Monday, leaving a voicemail to speak with James and it’s now Friday and I still haven’t heard from them. They can’t talk to their customers but they sure can take your money 🤦🏻 03/20/2024 Edit * James has time to respond to respond to reviews but not phone calls. My suggestion to everyone, go with geico or progressive. James is not a good neighbor. Probably won’t be there for you."

"Left our previous State Farm agent because of mistakes made to our policy. Chose Raynor State Farm based on online reviews. Agent Lori Nieves was both professional and courteous. She fixed the mistakes made by the previous agent and apologized as well. The apology was unnecessary, but appreciated. We feel very comfortable with our new agent and will hopefully remain with them for many years to come."

"Every time I have a problem, State Farm always fixes it unlike other insurance companies I’ve had! I recently had an issue with the DMV because they said that I needed to provide insurance which I already had had and Jamie from James Raynor office helped me so much! She went out of her way to call corporate and get the information I needed to get my license cleared. Thank you so much, Jamie! Thank you State Farm for being the cheapest best Insurance!"

"My mother got insurance and paid 6 months in advance. She received a call from Jordan about a recall needing to be done on her car and he needed the copy that it had been repaired. Jordan explained that it was needed by 4/9/24 or the insurance would be cancelled. My mother had been sick and was unable to deliver this form to him. So on 2/24/24, I scanned the form for my mother and emailed it to Jordan’s email given to my mother. I also cc’d myself the same form sent to Jordan. Then on 2/26/24, my mother received a letter stating her insurance would be cancelled as of 4/9/24. My mother called to speak to Jordan on 2/26/24, as she was very upset. However, Jordan wasn’t available to speak with her and would call back. So on Tuesday my mother called back to speak with Jordan as she received a partial check back. You got it Jordan, wasn’t available as he was at lunch. Horrible customer service!!!! Need to stand behind your members and take care of them. Your customers are what pays YOU!!"
